Noblet is based in Preston and offers a range of refuse wagons for hire/sale across a wide area of the country, stretching from Scotland to London.

Noblet Municipal Services (NMS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITOCHU Europe Plc which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ITOCHU Corporate, a well diversified Japanese conglomerate.

On 31 May 2007 the company acquired Alex Inglis & Co.(Blantyre) Ltd, a company with a strong regional reputation as an engineering service provider in Scotland, thereby further augmenting and enhancing the combined entities spot and contract hire capabilities in this important market.
